1. Sadara Priority Banking & Privilege Banking:
- One supplementary card is complimentary, and any additional supplementary cards will incur charges.
- The first-year annual fee for the primary card and one supplementary card will be waived upon activation and use within 3 months from the date of issuance. If the card remains inactive beyond 3 months, the annual fee will be applied as per the provided table.
- Infinite card annual fees are chargeable from the date of issuance.
- Subsequent annual fee waivers will be subject to the annual spend criteria outlined in the annual usage table.
2. All Other Customers:
- Annual fees will be as specified in the provided table.
- For subsequent years, the annual fee waiver will be contingent on meeting the annual spend criteria as described in the Annual Usage Table.

How to apply for chauffeur service?
1. NBO Signature or Infinite Credit Card holders should make a booking at least 24 hours prior to the travelling date.
2. All bookings shall be made digitally through emails only, so that it will be recorded and documented.
3. When booking request is sent to MHD Leasing at (Enquiries@mhdleasing.com) all details shall be checked carefully by the customer before confirming the request via email.
4. To register/book a trip, customers are requested to fill the document shared by MHD Leasing with all the relevant details.
5. Once the document is filled, customers can then share the same by email to above email address.
6. A receipt of mail confirmation along with confirmation number from MHD will be considered as a
booking.
7. After confirmation, the next step is the chauffeur details which will be given 24 hours before the pickup date (departure or arrival) via SMS or email.
8. Once the customer receives the chauffeur details, they can communicate directly with the chauffeur to share their location or once landing at Muscat or Salalah Airport
Terms & Conditions
- Airport transfer service can be booked and used by Primary/Main Card holder only.
- Airport transfer service is not applicable to Supplementary card holder.
- Airport transfer service is not transferable.
- Airport transfer service is available for 50 KM only. For any additional kilometers, customer will have to pay service provider as per applicable rates.
- Booking reservation shall be made for minimum 24 hours before the travel.
- All bookings shall be made digitally– website or e-mails only, and all shall be recorded and documented.
- To register/book a trip, customers are requested to fill the document shared by MHD Leasing with all the relevant details. Once the document is filled, customers can then share the same by email to the dedicated email address.
- Bookings are confirmed only by receiving a confirmation number from Service provider.
- After confirmation, next step is the chauffeur details which will be given 24 hours before the Pickup date (departure or arrival) via SMS or email.
- Once the customer receives the chauffeur details, they can communicate directly with the chauffeur to share their location or upon landing at Muscat International Airport.
- A one-way transfer is considered as 1 transfer.
- The minimum waiting time for an arrival is 60 minutes and for departure is 20 minutes max, however for the arrival we will extend the waiting up to another 30 minutes without any additional charges, and in case there is a delay, the customer should notify the service provider.
- There will be an additional charge of OMR 1 for each 30 minutes interval beyond the allowed timing.
- The pick-up and drop off is designed as Point A - Point B and no detour is allowed.
- For any detour there will be OMR 10 per 30 minutes / 20KM directly to the client and the same will be collected by the chauffeur driver.
- Carpooling or car sharing with another passenger is prohibited.
- Cancellations within 4hrs are permissible with no charge, however no-show will be charged in full, and the allowance of free transfer is deducted.
