Merchant App Target All micro business entities which employ less than 10 people such as:

  • Gas delivery service
  • Water tankers 
  • Home business 
  • Street vendors
  • Restaurant.  
  • Fish market.
  • Fruit and vegetable market.
  • Home maintained service.

​Visit your nearest branch with the following documents

  • Full name as stated in the ID proof.
  • Date of birth.
  • Nationality.
  • ID type (passport/ National ID/ Residence card).
  • Business proof (any document providing the nature of business from the competent authorities according to the type of activity).
  • Expected monthly turnover.
  • Mobile number.

Any single customer payment collected by MBEs on boarded using this policy cannot exceed   250.

 

Should any micro business breach the above limit for three consecutive months, bank and PSPs are expected to om-board such entities using regular merchant Onboarding process with full KYC, and accounting to CBO rules and banks internal controls shall apply.

 

Merchant Charges Fees.

  1. MPCSS QR Scan & Pay 0.75% (Transaction above   4.000/-) (Excluding VAT)
  2. Minimum Charge Fixed   0.030/- (Transaction below   ​4.000/) (Excluding VAT)
