- NBO Rewards converted into Shukran Points will be credited to your Shukran membership account within one working day.
- A minimum of 3,335 NBO Rewards Points is required for conversion into Shukran Points, followed by multiples of 667 NBO Rewards Points.
- If you are an NBO Rewards member but do not have a Shukran account, you can instantly enroll in Shukran at participating Shukran partner stores, through the Shukran website (www.shukran.com), or via the Shukran app.
- Once your NBO Rewards Points are converted into Shukran Points, they cannot be converted back into NBO Rewards Points.
- Once your NBO Rewards Points are converted into Shukran Points, the terms and conditions available on www.shukran.com will apply.

- Bonus Shukran Points will be valid for 90 days.
