Sheikh Said Mohamed Ahmed Al Harthy (Chairman)
Sheikh Said Al Harthy is a Director on the Board of NBO GCC Fund since April 2021, and on the board of several local and overseas companies. He is the Director General of Administration and Financial Affairs at Royal Flight of Oman. He holds master's degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Australia and bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Minor in Computer Information Systems from California State University Stanislaus, USA.
Sheikh Khalid Mohammed Al Hamoodah (The Vice Chairman)
Sheikh Khalid Mohammed Ali Al Hamoodah is the deputy chief executive officer of Diwan of Royal Court Pension Fund. He has a career spanning over 18 years. He has served Diwan of Royal Court for more than 16 years in different department and has long experience in administrative, investment and real estate fields. He is currently associated with the investment committee of Diwan of Royal Court Pension Fund. He has also spent couple of years in Ministry of Oil and Gas.
He holds a Degree in Business Administration from Coventry University, England.
Abdullah Humaid Al Mamary – (Member)
Member of the Fund’s board of directors, obtained his higher studies from reputed international universities, has experience of over 30 years in areas such as audit, management, and project developments. He sits on number of reputed national companies working in real estate’s developments, hospitality, and industries.
Khaula Hamoud Al Harthy (Member)
Is the CEO of Injaz Oman, and a businesswoman with 17 years of corporate work experience, she has contributed to a number of initiatives to enable the private sector to play an active role as a social and economic partner in the development of the Sultanate, this was during her time as a member of ‘Sharaka’ the Public-Private Partnership under the Diwan of Royal Court. Khaula sits on several boards including Ominvest and Al Kawthar Fund (Tanmia). As a youth leader and an advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, she has taken part in the design and planning of the Sultanate’s youth programs during her time as a member of the National Youth Commission and played an active role representing youth in the National program for Enhancing Economic Diversification (Tanfeedh).
Yaseen Al Lawati- Head of Investment Banking Division (Memeber)
A senior management professional with a career spanning over two decades and an experience in working for large organizations in leading divisions; Bloomberg, HSBC, State General Reserve Fund and Central bank of Oman.
