5. The promo code is applicable on specific fares in economy class, business class or first class. See detailed offer conditions below.
6. The promo code must be entered before initiating a flight search. If the promo code is entered correctly, the special fare will be marked with a burgundy coupon on the flight selection page along with the wording 'Promo code has been successfully applied'.
7. Qatar Airways will not be held responsible for any fare differences if a customer does not enter the promo code at the time of booking. The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively.
8. Qatar Airways reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer, for any reason and at any time, without incurring any cost or liability.
9. The promo code is valid on flight itineraries originating from airports where Qatar Airways operates in the countries listed below to destinations in the Qatar Airways network, during the specified travel periods:

5. Base fare: this is the ticket fare after deducting the airline-imposed taxes, fees and surcharges.

Promo code applicability:

1. The promo code discount is valid only on Qatar Airways operated for one-way and return flight itineraries. Codeshare and interline bookings are excluded.
2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional fares.
3. Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
4. Savings apply on base fare only. The promo code discount is deducted from the 'fare per passenger' amount visible in the 'payment summary' after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.

 
Changes and cancellation:

1. Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
2. In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.
3. Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.  
4. Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

 
Raffle Prizes:

1. All PNRs generated from the qualified bookings during the offer period will be filtered based on campaign participating markets, usage of the promocode and usage of a valid Visa Card for the transaction. Cancelled or refunded bookings will be excluded.
2. The PNRs will then qualify for a raffle in compliance with GDPR.
3. Qatar Airways will secure the necessary permits to conduct the raffle for each market. Markets that are legally disqualified from running this raffle will be excluded.
4. The raffle will be conducted seven working days after the completion of the offer period.
5. First Raffle: One winner will receive One Million Avios. (Subject to enrolling to Qatar Airways Privilege Club)
6. Second Raffle: One winner from each participating country will receive a Business Class return ticket to any destination in the Qatar Airways network. The winner of the One Million Avios will be excluded from the second raffle.
7. Qatar Airways will agree on a day for the raffle and develop a mechanism to conduct an online raffle to select the winners from the total qualified bookings in compliance with GDPR.
8. Qatar Airways will inform the winners through agreed communication channels.
